The 28th ranked quarterback prospect by Scout.com for the Class of 2010. Burton led his team to an 11-1 record and the second round of the state playoffs. Burton is a dual-threat quarterback. Burton completed 62.5 percent of his passes for 1,699 yards and 14 touchdowns. The Venice High QB also rushed for 1,173 yards and scored 28 TDs on the ground.

The complete package at RB. Brown can run inside or outside and has the speed to be a threat to take it the distance at any time. Mack should be ready to see the field early as Tebow moves on and the John Brantley era starts.

The last few days their has been some drama around Sharrif Floyd. Sharrif a top Defensive Tackle in the class of 2010 found himself in the middle come controversy over the last couple of days. It all stared when Matt Alkire, who covers the Northern region for Scout.com, reported that Floyd came back from a trip to Florida and told one of his confidantes that Florida was negative recruiting. 2010 Prospect Darius White

by David on August 13, 2009

This is junior film on Darius White the 6′ 3″ 195 lbs Wide Receiver from Fort Worth (TX) Dunbar. Dunbar is a true play-maker with great size and speed. He has a very quick first step and has a great vertical to be able to make plays in the end zone. The Gators have offered Darius, but he is also recruited by Texas, USC, OSU, Texas Tech, Alabama and Utah.

ESPN says “Luc may be the most physically, superior linebacker in this class, hands down.”  Scouts goes on to say “Luc is like a freak of nature on the high school level. He has size of an NFL linebacker and he plays on another level.” GatorsNow says Jeff Luc come on down, we want you to be the next Great Gator Linebacker!

Stephen Alli came in to Gainesville with little fanfare, but was able to walk away with a scholarship offer. He has all the phyiscal tools to be a big time WR. Alli has been measured out at 6′ 5″, 6′ 6″, and 6′ 8″ (basketball height) has been clocked with sub 4.4 speed. Alli plays for Andover, N.H., Proctor Academy after transfering from Canada. He also plays basketball for them, but is going to focus on football this year. The only video I could find on him is from this 17 and under 100m race:

Wide Receivers Coach Billy Gonzales is able to add another weapon with Solomon Patton. The 5-foot-10, 175-pound prospect out Mobile became the Gators 13 commitment for the 2010 class.
