It is getting closer and closer to the kick off of the 2009 Football Season. AL.com’s Tommy Hicks says Things are set to heat up in SEC. He states the the Gators are in an all or nothing stage in the program, and nothing short of a National Championship is a disappointment. Isn’t it that way every year?

What would be a Gators News Wrap-Up with out some more articles on the Gators’ arrest record. Mark Bradley from AJC.com has the Gators taking over where Georgia left off last year:  Arrested development? It’s the Gators’ turn this year.

Lane Kiffin must have had the Orlando Sentinel wondering how the Florida program matched up with Kiffin in secondary violations. They were able to dig up that Florida self-reports 2 secondary NCAA violations in football.

In the Gator Football Women’s Clinic, it became evident that Florida Gators’ girl power invades Swamp. Around 800 women showed up campus for a day full of clinics, instruction (positioning, schemes, terminology) and drills (sprints and push-ups) on a 100 degree day in Gainesville. Ex-Gator’s body of work - former High Jumper Erin Stern is now competing in the world of sports bodybuilding.
